About the Workshops

The Dotted Mandala Workshops teaches you the fundamentals of making your very own mandala stone, even if you've never tried before!

The workshop covers prepping the stone, design placement, dot-work principles, suggested color pallets, how to use the tools and managing paint flow. Included in the workshop is a pdf summary of what you learned, so you can refresh your memory later.

I'll show inexpensive tips to make this a hobby accessible to anyone and why it's a wonderful way to spend a day, and is an excellent addition to your mindfulness journey.

The Details

Classes typically 4-6 people. 14+ (no kids class yet)
Invite your pals over for a fun afternoon party and learn together, I'll bring the stuff. Can be hosted by me in my backyard, weather permitting.

All materials provided. I do encourage you to bring your own chosen stone.

Registration is closed 24 hrs ahead of event start time.

Cost:

Single person - quick tutorial: $30/hr

Introductory starts from $55/person for 2.5-3 hrs. (min 2 people)

Intermediate starts at $120/person - 1 day (5.5hrs) (min 2 people)

Private Home Parties ( date of your choosing )
Starts at (approx $50/person)- $300 flat fee - covers driving up to 50km, 6 people and 3hrs (including setup).

Serenity Mandala Dots

Intro & Beginner

Take the dip and give dotting a try! There are a few variations you can choose from. (Book of patterns to gain inspiration.)

All materials provided. Encouraged to source your own stone.

Cost: $55/person ~ 2.5-3hrs
2 person minimum

Note: You don't have to have any previous experience. I encourage watching a few videos before coming to adjust expectations.

Mountain Vistas

Intermediate

I recommend this workshop to seasoned dot painters ready to try something new.

Learn how to make little mountain dreamscapes using dot mandala techniques and modified pointilism.

All materials provided. Encouraged to source your own stone.

Available dates: contact for preferred time. 2 person minimum

Cost: $120/person ~ 5.5 hours (with break)

Note: This style of painting can take upwards of several hours to complete; this workshop provides a comprehensive overview and take home notes to complete. Best suited for seasoned painters with their own supplies to complete the project.

What should I bring/have available?

Painting clothing or an apron.

If you have the chance or inclination, your own rock. (fits in your palm)

Your own refillable water bottle ( stay hydrated!)

What if I have to cancel?

Full refunds available up to 48 hours to event.

Credit for future events when under 48 hours.

Refunds are provided as E-transfer only.

Can you be under 14 to participate?

At this time these classes are tailored for adults skill level, and I've curated an atmosphere of mindfullness and serenity for everyone's enjoyment.
