Alyson Ertell (owner)
An LCN Master Nail Technician, fully Certified Esthetician and Makeup Artist of 8 yrs, Esthetic Educator for the last 4 years. Alyson has worked many trade shows and has answered all types of trouble shooting questions from struggling Estheticians and Nail Tech's from all over Canada. As part owner of Hypnotic Salon & Spa Alyson prides herself on educating her clients about their wholisitc happiness, the quality of the care being given and the types of products used.
Laurie Woud (owner)
A passion for customer service and quality products, Laurie is our operations manager ensuring that things run smooth for us all. She is upbeat, with a tell it like it is attitude wins the heart of our customers every time! Laurie brings comfort when you walk in the door and customer service is her motto. She believes "When you walk in, ...it should feel like home."
